How do I upload a Proof of Delivery (POD)?
Go to the shipment details page, scroll to the Documents section, and click "Upload POD Manually" or use the driver app to submit POD with photos.
Can I use LoadCircle on my phone?
Yes! LoadCircle is available as a native iOS app on the App Store. Drivers and carriers can both use the mobile app.
How do invoices work?
Invoices are automatically drafted when a shipment is marked as delivered. You can edit charges, add tax, and email the invoice as a professional PDF directly from the app.
How do I connect with a broker?
Go to your dashboard, navigate to the Brokers section, and send a connection request using the broker's email address.
